This Computer is Never Obsolete

According to the top e-machine sticker, this computer is NEVER OBSOLETE. I wonder what exactly they mean by that? I love how it has a Windows 98 sticker on it and runs a Celeron 566Mhz processor. Ya damn failed it, e-machine!
